Inviting applications for the role of Manager Network Operations & Engineering
In this role you will be responsible for designing the network for large scale infra and delivering the project end to end.
Responsibilities
- The candidate should be holding hardcore 24X7 Ops experience
- Must Candidate have worked/handled the IT projects and delivered end to end
- Candidate should have experience of handling the team
- Global customer interaction is one of the key expectations from candidate
- The candidate should hold very rich experience in corporate LAN & WAN infra
- Candidate must have worked on the latest technologies (Cloud, ACI, SDN and SDWAN)
- He/she need to lead function and drive the project/operations end to end
- Candidate should be very strong in written & oral communication
- Candidate should be holding good understanding of DevOps environment
- Playing accountable role along with team while handling the operations issues and delivering the assigned projects
- Working with internal / external resources to deliver the assigned task
- Candidate may get into Ops critical issues to isolate the root cause technically
- He/she may have to get into the issues technically, drive the issue closure along with OEM
- Work with different Vendors and service Provider for faster and accurate resolution/implementation.
- Identifying open risk in the production network and provide input for mitigation.
- Creation of technical documents and working with internal team to implement the same
- Finding the scope improvement by initiating the Lean/Six Sigma projects to add the efficiency in to system/process.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is essential for network engineers. Scripting allows for automation of routine tasks, configuration changes, and monitoring processes.
- Experience with automation frameworks like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef facilitates the automation of network infrastructure provisioning and management tasks.
- Understanding of cloud networking principles and experience with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to design, implement, and manage hybrid and multi-cloud network architectures.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their application in network automation workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Travis CI for automating the testing and deployment of network configuration changes and automation scripts.
- Version Control Systems:
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git for managing network configurations, scripts, and automation code.
- Experience with collaborative workflows, branching strategies, and code review processes using Git.
- Ability to work with RESTful APIs provided by network devices and management platforms. This includes interacting with APIs to extract network data, perform configuration changes, and automate network operations.
- Familiarity with API documentation and tools like Postman for testing and debugging API requests.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent subject
- Candidate with rich experience in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Proxy technology for Business environments.
- Experience in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Proxies.
- Should have good understanding with extensive hands-on experience on various Proxy Layer7 technologies for e.g Zscaler.
- Ability to provide Tier 3 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment.
- Graduate in engineering/IT

- CCNP (Must)
- Dev ops (Ansible- Configuration Management)
- Dev ops (Coding - Python, JSON)

- Candidate should be very strong in written & oral communication.
