Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
Collaborate to understand business processes and translate into effective and efficient system configurations.
Customize Dynamics 365 Field Service (CRM) including the development of custom workflows, business rules and plugins.
Integrate Dynamics 365 Field Service (CRM) with other business systems.
Monitor and maintain Applications in responsibility area.
Support users and 1st level support team with troubleshooting the applications in the responsibility area (2nd level support).
Management of security roles.
User training and support.
Data cleaning tasks.
Documentation of creating and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Participation in implementation projects

Expertise you have to bring in along with

B.E. in computer science or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Field Service operations and processes.
Ability to do OOTB customizations in Dynamics 365 Field Service, CRM a plus.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing MS Dynamics 365 using tools like Power Platform.
Power user knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data cleaning tasks.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML.
Experience with JavaScript in Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
Proven experience working with MS Dynamics 365 Field Service, including implementation and customization.
