Online Checking of in process parameters & completion of the Log book and BMR of Granulation Area
To check and make availability of machine as per PM Schedule.
Co-ordination with IPQA/QC/Engineering department for smooth functioning of Production activities.
Handling of SAP related work in Production
To fill documentation as per cGMP practice in Production area.
To do calibration of balances in Production area.
Proper shift handover to the next shift officers to fulfill the production monthly target.
Manpower utilization in the Production Department
Imparting various training to officers and workers
To fill the daily assessment sheet as per the target assigned by the seniors.
To fulfill daily production target and report
To handle and solve day to day issues and problem related to product and productivity.
To investigate the deviation/incidents.
To implantation the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance
To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues/subordinates/workman.
To report any deviation and abnormality of any type to seniors.
Other work assigned by Department Head.
