Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT and AI-driven initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications
- PMP Certification (mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/AI domains.
- Exposure to AI/ML projects or automation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Attributes
- Experience in enterprise IT, cloud, or data engineering projects.
- Familiarity with compliance and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
