- Provide global user support for enterprise applications. These will be high end technical support tickets involving multiple business systems.
- Document complex technical issues via the appropriate ticketing system in a clear and concise manner and initiate fix actions to resolve the issue or coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Applies technical expertise using standard operating and diagnostic protocols to quickly resolve system level issues that are negatively impacting product performance
- Resolve bugs and issues reported for database driven web-based applications using C# .NET, ASP.NET MVC and WEB APIs.
- Resolve data loading and transformation procedures to resolve operational issues
- Develop SQL stored procedures (SPROCs) of medium to high complexity
- Coordinate with IT teams/Server management for deployment and changes in configuration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to install patches and support upgrades during non business hours
- Provide functional support to users and team. Write and execute test cases based on requirement
- Administrate all functions and configurations in application
- Good Analytical skills about Technical evaluation and Troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of web development including C#, ASP.NET, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Web service, WebApi etc
- Good experience of SQL Server (20016 or later) or other RDBMS, Stored Procedures and reporting services.
- Good experience in SSRS and PowerBI reports development and support
- Computer or IT Graduate
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
