Broad Role Description PSS Voice is responsible for C-PaaS business in the region / Cluster by Leveraging the Business teams maximizing the business for product lines such as Cloud Telephony & Omni channel (WhatsApp for Business, Chat bot) Candidate will be responsible for product sales and revenue in his/her assigned territory or customer accounts. Key Role Deliverables Responsible for C-PaaS business (Cloud telephony, WhatsApp for Business WABA, SMS gateways, True caller etc.) in the Region/City by Generating New Business, Cross Selling to existing customers by leveraging the Regional Sales teams and Channel Partner ecosystem. Work with the Regional Training teams and spearhead the regional training initiate for the business teams and Customer relationship mangers to increase market reach for C-PaaS Solutions. Work with the Regional Marketing teams leveraging existing base as well as new customer data base for generating Customer awareness and leads. Competition Analysis, Share Market Intelligence to HQ Product Team - Customer Insights, Competition Benchmarking etc for Product Development. Capability presentation to Large / Medium customer, make product value propositions, demo to customer and support sales team in deal closure. Right Person (Qualification & Experience) Deep Understanding of the C-PaaS and U-CaaS business in the country including regulatory guidelines. Strong techno - commercial knowledge & experience of C-PaaS Products and services mentioned above. Prior experience of Voice technology would be an added advantage. Should have worked in Pre-Sales, Sales, or techno commercial roles in C-PaaS industry. Good understanding of Avaya, Asterisk systems would be an added advantage. Should Understand customer segment and key use case for Cloud telephony in the marketplace. Total Experience: 06 to 08 Years with stable experience in the previous organizations Personal Attributes Should be BE preferably in telecommunications. Good Negotiation and Closure skills for the C-PaaS Industry with flair for training and skill development.
