Fabrico Cleaning solutions company is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh . You will be in-charge for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance by completing sales goals. Responsibilities : Planning the call with clients for franchise on the basis of leads generated, taking the follow up with all the clients and arranging all zoom call, Physical meetings & Conference calls as per client requirement. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Experience - 3+ Years in to sales. Graduate, MBA added advantage Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Experience in customer relationship management. Excellence in written and verbal communication in local language. Dedication to providing great customer service. Must be fluent in the local language of the state. Experience of managing projects for the retail stores. Willing to travel as per requirement. Willing to work on weekends, as required. Salary - 35,000 to 50,000 Per Month Location - Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
