- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Provide tailored product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value and functionality of our customer engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective solutions for B2B sales opportunities, ensuring technical feasibility and aligning with customer goals.
- Act as a key point of contact for technical inquiries, product troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients on product features and functionalities.
- Proficient in Python for scripting and automating processes.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Understanding of cloud-based SaaS applications and architecture.
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client data and provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Proficiency in Python, with the ability to develop customized scripts for client use cases.
- Demonstrated experience with Tableau to create impactful data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Strong background in B2B sales, with an ability to articulate technical product benefits to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and customer engagement platforms, ensuring clients maximize their investment in our technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships and customer satisfaction.
