- Achieve set volume targets of HSD through Mobile Fuelling Business
- To implement plan of action for achievement of set volume targets, market share and margin objectives for sales through MDU & PFC.
- To assist State Teams to achieve sales targets through close coordination with Head office.
- To continuously gather market insights on jio-bp competitive position in the market i.e. Network, pricing, promotions, product gaps and provide inputs to various tracks for developing relevant policies and market strategies
- Provide inputs on pricing strategy to respective Product/Business Head
- To design and implement demand generation activities through channel partners for maximising sales
- Managing Operation in close co-ordination with state teams o Monitoring location-wise sales and implementing ways to improve sales
- Troubleshooting of issues in co-ordination with Eng., IT, Automation and sales team
- To ensure that all our assets (PFCs, MDU & IT equipment) are properly looked after and safety need to ascertain at all the time through proper training & adherence of SOP.
- Tracking stock of container, maintenance of MDU and collection of Business Fee
- Co-ordination with various statutory authorities like PESO, RTO & others, to ensure the Approvals and their by timely Rollout of MDUs and ensure continues operations.
- Close coordination with various stakeholders HO & State Teams, Channel Partners, Customers & other Govt. Agencies
- Streamline and expand the channel network for optimal performance and maximum reach in the target areas.
- Work closely with Channel Partners to increase customer base and operational efficiency by adhering to define process
- Acquiring new customers by leveraging the USPs of Mobile Fuelling mediums in co-ordination with operations team
- Provide timely information about areas of improvement to various teams
- Extend support to state teams for acquiring necessary permission for Mobile Fuelling Business,
- Timely implementation of Automation initiatives with close coordination with various teams.
- Publish MIS to various stakeholders for monitoring and improvement of operations
- B.E / B Tech and MBA Preferable
- 4 to 6 years of Experience out of which a minimum of 1 year experience as ASR or TSM of Petro Retail Business.
- Retail /Marketing / Channel sales in FMCG/ Consumer Durables/Automobile Industry
- Preferred from Retail /Marketing / Channel sales in FMCG/ Consumer Durables/Automobile Industry
