What You Can Expect:Provides administrative support to executive level management (reports to CPO and supports CPO + VP + 1-2 Sr. Directors). This position involves high level contact and requires effective communication with Zimmer Biomet senior management, their assistants, and external suppliers. The position involves exposure to sensitive information and requires the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience of working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to 4-5 executives.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)How You'll Create Impact:
- Working with team members to collate presentation materials; and organizing and coordinating in-house and off-site meetings, teleconferences and videoconferences
- Coordinate and manage special projects to support the Procurement area
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management
- Prioritizing and handling of all scheduling of appointments and maintaining Microsoft Outlook calendar
- Manage senior executives travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation (both domestic travel within US and international locations)
- Create and submit expenses reports in a timely manner
- Anticipate executive needs proactively.
- Organize and prioritize incoming requests

- Demonstrated strong organization skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities required.

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook/Mail/Calendar, along with the ability to learn new software applications required.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills to manage calendars, meetings, communications, and follow-ups for senior leadership
- High stakeholder management capability, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail
- Business understanding and judgment to prioritize tasks, handle sensitive information, and support leadership effectively
- Adaptability and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 7+ years of experience in administrative or related roles required
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support at the executive level.
