Visit 20+ retail outlets daily as per the assigned route plan

Generate orders from market

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners

Promote products and secure sales orders from retailers

Ensure product visibility and execute in-store merchandising activities

Track daily sales performance, market feedback, and competitor trends

Maintain a minimum productivity level of 50% on daily visits

Requirements

Only Freshers candidates can apply

Undergraduate or Graduate qualification in any discipline

Field sales experience preferred but not mandatory

Must own a two-wheeler for field visits

Work Details:

Work Mode: Field-Based / On-Ground Sales

Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

Work Days: 6 Days a Week

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Up to ₹6,000)
