Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and Repair:Identifying and resolving technical issues with venue equipment, such as audio-visual equipment, lighting, or IT systems.Preventative Maintenance:Regularly inspecting equipment to ensure it is in good working order and performing preventative maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns.Setup and Configuration:Setting up and configuring equipment for events, ensuring proper connectivity and functionality.Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining detailed records of equipment issues, repairs, and maintenance activities.Communication:Serving as a point of contact for venue staff and event organizers, addressing technical inquiries and providing support.Equipment Management:Assisting with the storage, organization, and inventory of venue equipment.Safety Compliance:Ensuring all equipment and systems adhere to safety regulations and standards.Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of venue equipment, including AV systems, lighting, IT infrastructure, and other relevant systems.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
