  • Act as a tech lead in designing and delivering solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL (> v9)
  • Develop scalable microservices using Spring Cloud, Netflix OSS, MongoDB, and Cloud Foundry
  • Lead legacy modernization initiatives with a holistic view of application transformation
  • Build automation for code reviews and establish CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment
  • Use Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence) for planning and delivery
  • Participate in architecture forums and influence technical decision-making
  • Manage onshore-offshore coordination, and serve as a key liaison with stakeholders
  • Facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups and escalate issues proactively for resolution
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL
  • Proven experience in microservices architecture and enterprise modernization
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of MongoDB, Spring Cloud, and cloud platforms like PCF
  • Strong background in CI/CD automation and DevOps practices
  • Experience working in distributed global teams with agile delivery models
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
