- Data Quality Management: Lead the identification, documentation, and resolution of data quality issues across Compliance platforms. Produce and present monthly management information (MI) reports to track progress and highlight key trends.
- Compliance Surveillance Support: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data used in surveillance systems by validating data feeds and resolving discrepancies. Collaborate with surveillance teams to enhance the effectiveness of trade and communications monitoring tools.
- Data Governance Execution: Operate within established data governance frameworks to maintain high standards of data quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Support the implementation of data stewardship practices across Compliance functions.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to detect anomalies, trends, and potential compliance risks. Use data visualization tools to communicate findings and support decision-making.
- Technical Enablement: Apply technical knowledge of data platforms and tools to support data integration, transformation, and management processes. Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and quality controls.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, Compliance, and Business Units to address data quality issues, implement sustainable solutions, and support strategic initiatives.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor data quality metrics and compliance performance indicators. Provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge and Experience: Seasoned professional with 10-12 years of experience along with strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices within financial services.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Experience with regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with trade surveillance and electronic communications monitoring systems.
- Certification in data governance or data quality management (e.g., CDMP, DGSP).
