Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients in the Mumbai real estate market through market research and networking
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Real Estate certification or relevant courses preferred
  • Minimum of 16 years of experience in sales sourcing within the Real Estate industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
