- Identify and develop new business opportunities for CBS products across the assigned territory in North, West & East India
- Provide technical product selection support and prepare competitive proposals for HVAC, water supply, and pressure boosting applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, OEMs, and key end-users
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners
- Collaborate with internal teams including application engineering, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development in HVAC, plumbing, or pumping systems
- Strong understanding of commercial building services applications such as water supply, pressure boosting, and HVAC systems
- Willingness to travel extensively across North, West & East India
- Experience working with MEP consultants and contractors in the Indian building services market
- Familiarity with Grundfos or similar pump product portfolios and selection tools
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
