We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Architects and Interior Designers to join our team. The role involves creating innovative architectural and interior designs, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Junior Architects/Draughtsmen will assist in design development, drawings, and coordination, while senior professionals will lead projects, manage teams, and interact with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Design & Planning

Develop creative and functional design concepts for various spaces in line with client requirements, budget, and timelines.
Plan and design layouts that optimize space usage while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards.
Assist in creating architectural drawings, renderings, models, and construction documents.
Conduct research on materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, building codes, and regulations.

Visualization & Drawings:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Create visualizations, presentations, and models to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Client & Team Collaboration:

Meet with clients to understand design preferences, budgets, and requirements.
Develop and present design proposals to clients for review and approval.
Collaborate with senior architects, designers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in project meetings, presentations, and coordination activities.

Project & Team Management:

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per design specifications.
Lead the design process from concept development to project completion.
Manage junior designers, check drawings, set design standards, and provide mentorship.
Provide support in project coordination and site visits.

Site Supervision:

Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
Solve on-site challenges and make necessary design/construction adjustments.

Working Days - 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)Work Time - 10 AM - 6 PMQualifications & Skills:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Experience:Junior Level: 1–3 years of experience in architectural/interior design projects.Senior Level: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Strong ability in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and visual presentation.

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.Project Management:Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to Detail:Keen eye for design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection.Problem-Solving & Adaptability:Ability to think creatively, resolve design/construction challenges, and adapt to fast-paced environments.What We Offer:
