We are seeking a Service Management & Data Governance Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to backfill a critical position previously held by Anil Bandal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading data governance initiatives and managing ITSM processes, including incident and change management. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with GCP, and a solid understanding of agile and lean methodologies.
What you will do
Data Governance
Design and implement a robust data governance framework to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Collaborate across departments to standardise and simplify data management practices.
Monitor and report on governance activities to ensure alignment with corporate and regulatory standards.
Incident Management
Lead and coordinate major incident resolution to minimise business impact.
Participate in incident reviews and Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Ensure adherence to incident management policies and procedures.
Provide regular reporting on incident trends and performance to senior stakeholders.
Change Management
Plan and schedule changes with minimal disruption to services.
Engage stakeholders for consultation and resource alignment.
Identify and manage conflicts in change requests.
Ensure compliance with change management protocols and documentation standards.
Who you are
4 to 8 years of experience in Data Governance and ITSM.
Proficient in data governance tools and technologies.
Certified in ITIL or equivalent frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies.
