- Strong Knowledge of different Buyer Categories like Brands, Export Clients, Corporate Customers
- Lead and manage a Pan-India sales team & International Marketing.
- Design and execute sales strategies, driving the nationwide sales force.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets.
- Engage with customers alongside sales executives to onboard them onto the B2B platform.
- Travel to various markets with sales executives for customer meetings (international trips as well)
- Collaborate with Directors and the sales team to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
- Promote and encourage consistent sales growth on the B2B platform.
- Generate leads and follow up with sales executives to ensure successful business closures.
- Passionate about e-commerce and B2B platforms, with a focus on seller-buyer relationship management.
- Product knowledge of Yarn and Textiles is a strong requirement
- Strong sales acumen with a go-getter attitude.
- Demonstrated intense customer focus and metrics-driven approach.
- High level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- B. Tech - Textile /MBA graduates with 15 to 20 years experience in Yarn sales & marketing (Cotton Yarns)
- Should have very good experience dealing with Brands, Export Clients Corporate customers in getting nominated as a supplier
- Should have very good experience dealing with Buying Houses in Delhi. Bangalore, Surat, Ahmedabad, Tirupur
- Should have very good experience in B2B and e-commerce platforms.
- Should have very good knowledge about Yarns and Textile
- Should have good experience dealing with Pan India Brands, International Brands, International Sales & Marketing.
- Option of Hybrid Working – anywhere in India – should come to Tirupur once in a month for a day or Two
- Should be conversant with English, Hindi and pertinent local languages
