- Be the voice of the customer and deliver required product functionalities on time
- Coordinate with customers and finalize business requirement documents
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Own product backlog and prioritize based on evolving business requirements
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch to optimization, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
- Work closely with data engineering, UI/UX, data science, and DevOps professionals to translate business needs into innovative digital solutions.
- Leverage data engineering principles to drive product development supported by actionable insights and analytics.
- Oversee cloud-based deployments and integrations, with a focus on GCP and Azure technologies.
- Ensure products comply with best practices in security, scalability, and user experience.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate progress and outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven approaches to optimize product performance.
- Lead product demos, training sessions.
- Stay abreast of energy industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agile methodology adoption.
- B.Tech. in engineering (+ MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in digital product management or a similar role.
- Knowhow of cloud technologies, specifically GCP and/or Azure.
- Solid grounding in data engineering and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with the full digital product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience using JIRA for project management, agile workflow tracking, and team collaboration.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the Indian power system or energy sector.
