- Investigate, diagnose and report issues - owning them until resolution
- Determine if issues are CSG related, general product or data/user related and record any missed steps.
- Maintain testing documentation, track results, and generate reports to support quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to close reported issues
- Build and manage testing environments
- Deploy CSG solutions into test environments, internally and for the customer
- Perform manual testing of ERP Customizations as per agreed designs and storyboards
- Complete test documentation in alignment with the designs/storyboards
- Build automated testing scripts for continuous coverage
- Provide insights on functionality, user experience, and potential improvements of solutions
- 5+ years' experience in a Support, consulting or QA role working with Epicor Kinetic ERP or equivalent systems
- Deep functional knowledge of manufacturing and/or supply chain and/ or finance processes and modules
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and design specs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Office/remote based
- Travel up to 5%
- 5+ years applicable experience applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- University degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic/ERP Toolset for troubleshooting, analysis purposes e.g. BAQs, SQL, config files, logging
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript-based testing frameworks (e.g., WebDriver.IO, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git), issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), and test management platforms
- Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and SQL for backend validation
