Experience : 1-2 Yrs Role & Responsibilities : Create and design various materials for print and digital media. Design attractive social media creatives. Work on web graphics. Study design briefs and determine requirements. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Ensure on-schedule project completion with high-quality output. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends. Conceptual thinking, Typography skills, and Design skills. Ideal Candidate : 1-2 years of experience in graphic designing. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After effects). Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, typography, and web specifications Experience in visual motion design on AfterEffects appreciated. Strong understanding of branding and design best practices. Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills with both print and digital executions Good verbal & written communication skills. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
