Should have a strong knowledge on complete implementation of SCOM.
Should have a strong knowledge on SCOM Sizing, Access delegation and Capacity planning.
Should have a knowledge on other system center suite products (like System center Orchestrator, SCCM).
Should have a strong experience on installation, configuration, administration, management and maintenance of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2016,2019.
Should have a knowledge on integration of SCOM with MOM (Manager of Manager) tools ( Like Zenoss or Netcool)
Should have a knowledge on integration of SCOM with Ticketing tools (Remedy or Service now).
Strong knowledge on server virtualization technologies, preferably VMware and Hyper-V technologies
Strong knowledge on PowerShell /VB script & SQL Query to automate tasks.
Strong knowledge on Microsoft technologies including server operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server.
Should have a knowledge on Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
Should have a strong knowledge on Custom management pack and customization of rules and monitors.
Should have a strong knowledge on building Custom reports & Custom Dashboard based on the Customer requirement.
Should have a strong knowledge on Alert optimization and performance tuning.
Knowledge of multiple processor systems, RAID hardware, SCSI attached, and storage area network solutions
Knowledge of data backup, replication and encryption technologies
(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
