- Proficient in data analysis tools for better decision-making and strategic planning.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and oversee all credit operations within the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and loan underwriting to maintain and improve the branch's credit portfolio.
- Evaluate and provide risk assessments for potential and existing clients, making recommendations for credit approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure all new and existing credit processes comply with these standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate credit solutions.
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor credit trends, evaluate portfolio performance, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branch operations and contribute to overall branch success.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in credit management functions.
