Degree Level: Bachelor's DegreeJob Description: Key Responsibilities: 1. Loan Recovery & CollectionsConduct regular follow-ups for overdue accounts through field visits and phone calls.Prioritize recovery from early-stage delinquents (Bucket 1, 2) to reduce flow into higher buckets.Execute recovery strategies for hard bucket accounts and skip-tracing as necessary.Handle settlements, part-payments, and restructuring cases (as per guidelines). 2. Customer EngagementExplain repayment obligations and educate borrowers on the impact of non-payment.Maintain a respectful, solution-oriented approach while dealing with customers.Act as a liaison between the customer and the branch in resolving disputes or grievances. 3. Field OperationsPlan and execute daily field visits in assigned areas/routes.Use collection tools and mobile apps for tracking and updating visit outcomes in real-time.Coordinate with tele-calling teams and legal officers as required. 4. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of interactions, collections, and commitments made by customers.Submit daily and weekly MIS reports on collections performance and field updates.Highlight high-risk accounts and recommend escalation or legal action where applicable. 5. Compliance & EthicsFollow all internal processes and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI Fair Practices Code).Ensure ethical collection practices with no coercion or harassment.Participate in regular training and audits to ensure adherence to SOPs. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Collection Efficiency Ratio (PAR 0, PAR 30, PAR 90, etc.)Bucket-wise recovery performanceField productivity (visits vs. recoveries)Customer resolution turnaround timeZero compliance violations Qualifications & Skills:Education:Minimum: Graduate (preferred in Finance, Business, or related field)Experience:1-3 years in collections, recovery, or field credit operationsPrior experience in handling LTRL or MBL segments is desirableNBFC/MFI/BFSI sector background preferredSkills & Attributes:Strong communication and negotiation skillsLocal language proficiency is a mustHigh integrity, self-motivated, and target-orientedFamiliarity with collection apps or CRM toolsWillingness to travel extensively within assigned areas Other Details:Working Hours: Field-based role with flexibility based on customer availabilityTravel: Daily local travel required (two-wheeler preferred)Compensation: Fixed salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance (as per policy)
