This role will play a key leadership function in Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), based on experience and business need.This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and governance maturity across the enterprise, while partnering closely with Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders.Responsibilities / Major Duties

Provide strategic leadership for cross-functional initiatives within PAM or IGA.

Develop, maintain, and enforce IAM governance artifacts aligned with SOX, SOC, and internal audit standards.

Partner with Audit, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to manage and remediate findings.

Oversee governance metrics, reporting, dashboards, and maturity models.

Lead and mentor a high-performing global team.

Drive stakeholder engagement across matrixed organizations.

Support program strategy and budget management.

Qualifications – Minimum

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years of IAM experience with 3+ years in leadership roles.

Deep expertise in PAM or IGA with working knowledge of the other.

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal controls.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.

Familiarity with tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, or equivalent platforms.

Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
