Growing together.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer professional with deep expertise in .NET full stack development, cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS), and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, and mentoring junior engineers.Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core/ASP.NET, C#, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor)
Support and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure/AWS services such as App Services, Functions, Containers, and CI/CD pipelines
Lead DevOps initiatives including infrastructure as code (IaC), automated deployments, monitoring, and incident response
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality software solutions
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
Drive, design, implement, and maintain deployment automation from code check - in to production
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose adoption wherever beneficial

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience in software development
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Solid experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Solid proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, C#, and Entity Framework
Expertise in DevOps tools and practices: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/ARM/Bicep
Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent certifications
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, App Insights)
Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards
