Make a difference every day!Job DescriptionThis position would be part of Center of Excellence (CoE) for Investment Compliance, Data Analytics and Surveillance and responsible to support People related initiatives in our Hyderabad office. The incumbent will be a collaborative key member of staff working both on a one-to-one basis with the functional leadership team and on a broader basis with internal stakeholders regionally and globally.You Will Be Responsible For:Lead Invesco India Young Leadership Program for Investment Compliance, Data Analytics and Surveillance in partnership with Talent Acquisition Partner annually including campus hiring, delivering pre placement talk, create and execute training plan, etc.End to end management of Reward & Recognition Program for various teams including coordination with working group of senior leaders, preparing artifacts, internal communication, organise felicitation event for entire team, etc.Plan and execute staff engagement activities for relevant teams including preparation for such events like: communication flyer, logistics (venue, AV requirements), catering, etc.Support talent acquisition process including managing referralsPeriodic preparation of analytics, prsentations and reports including presenting in internal and external meetings/projectsManage inbound travel of Executive Leadership in Compliance from regional offices end to end including finalising agenda for visit, logistics in and outside office, setting up meetings, etc.Maintain up to date data related to Org charts, contact details/lists, holiday lists, agenda & logistics for internal team meetings, etc.Work with Learning & Development department, leadership team and vendor(s) to manage various training programs for the team including tracking and reportingProject and Procurement coordination of various internal activities within the department as necessaryThe Experience You Bring:Proven track record of performing similar activities in any multinational organization preferably financial industryProven track record of working across levels including senior leaders.2 to 3 years of relevant work experienceFormal Education:Graduate or Post Graduate degree or equivalent in any domainCompetencies/Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDecent project management skillsProficiency on MS Office suite of applications specially making visually impactful powerpoint presentationsAbility to multitask and prioritizeExcellent organizational skillsExcellent time managementProfessional discretionFull Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)NoWorkplace ModelAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
