Job Title: Senior Recruitment ExecutiveAs the Senior Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition process and ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements for open positions.
3. Source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
4. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit with the company culture.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assess candidate feedback.
6. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent sources to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
8. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make recommendations for improvements.Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
