- Drive digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including social media, email,
- Lead and manage the team to create targeted marketing campaigns, focusing on customer
- Oversee the creation of content, including blogs, videos, whitepapers, and case studies, to
- Build and enhance the company’s brand presence within the fintech industry, ensuring
- Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive image, enhance brand reputation, and
- Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry experts to position the
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to develop product marketing strategies that
- Work with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features, ensuring they are
- Develop competitive positioning strategies by conducting market research and customer
- Lead initiatives to acquire new customers while maintaining a strong focus on customer
- Develop and optimize customer journeys, ensuring touchpoints are consistent and
- Utilize customer data to segment audiences and develop targeted marketing strategies that
- Analyse and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, customer acquisition cost,
- Leverage customer insights and fintech market trends to continuously improve marketing
- Oversee market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and
- Encourage a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, driving creative solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, technology, and customer support to
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure successful
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business,
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the fintech landscape, including digital
- Digital Expertise - Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies including social media,
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and metrics to measure performance, optimize
- Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
- Project Management - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems and
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance marketing within the fintech space.
