Strategy & Operations Specialist

• Independently facilitate and drive operational business review preparation and review (MBR, QBR, Board etc) - note: may require working UK hours

• Independent engagement and review with ELT-1 and wider Lending leadership team to complete reporting

• Support BU Strategy execution - develop and drive content, facilitate and prep activities for specific strategic initiatives

• Establish improved data and reporting framework across the BU - data hygiene, processes and recurring reports/ inputs required to support operational and ad-hoc requests

• Data & Analytics: understanding of data architecture, quality and hygiene, and how to improve data gathering processes

• Strong business acumen & program management skills, highly detail-oriented. Comfortable to challenge and analyse data insights where appropriate with senior stakeholders

• Stakeholder engagement: clear communicator with professional presence; experience working with senior stakeholders (ELT-1), ability to influence (verbally, written material) to drive to an outcome

• Agile mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, action oriented, able to work independently and synthesize vast amounts of info quickly
