This is a full-time position within Real Estate EPC, a division of Reliance Industries Limited. The Design Architect will play a crucial role in advancing our portfolio of luxury projects, ensuring that each development aligns with our mission of delivering best in class quality and safety standards. This role requires hands-on experience and deep expertise in managing innovative design projects from inception to completion.Qualifications and Skills * Proven experience as a Design Architect or Interior Architect within the real estate sector.

Proficiency in architectural design software, particularly REVIT, is essential for executing complex projects.
Strong expertise in creating detailed GFC Drawings and Detail drawings for large-scale developments.
Experience working on luxury projects is required to meet the high standards of our offerings.
Familiarity with designing and developing luxury villas and high-end residential spaces.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team of skilled professionals to deliver sophisticated project designs.
Knowledge of sustainable architecture practices and the ability to incorporate them into projects.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address design and construction challenges effectively.

Essential Requirement * Must have experience in high-rise residential projects

Should have handled high-end luxurious projects
Bachelor's in Architecture (Full time) or Interior Design
Knowledge of Materials / Sequencing / Protection of finished works
Min 7 years of experience in design management

Desirable * Post-Graduation is preferred

A minimum of 2 projects such as 5-star hotel, Hospitals / Club / Mall / Luxury Residences.
Preferably worked on major projects with high rise and finishes elements
