By bridging linguistic gaps in Quality, Production, Engineering, and HR, you ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, compliant documentation that supports our operational readiness and global reputation for excellence.What you will getAn agile career and dynamic working culture.An inclusive and ethical workplace.Compensation programs that recognize high performance.The opportunity to work in a cross-functional role supporting diverse departments from Engineering to HR.A professional environment that values linguistic precision and regulatory compliance.The full list of our global benefits can also be found on .What you will doTranslate technical, operational, and organizational documents across various departments (Quality, Production, Engineering, HR, and Communication) with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.Ensure linguistic quality and clarity, aligning all translated content with site-specific terminology and stringent regulatory expectations.Maintain documentation alignment with approved templates, controlled language requirements, and overall Quality Management System (QMS) standards.Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for translation workflows and tools, providing guidance to teams on document structure and wording.Guarantee the timely delivery of translations, proactively managing workload and shifting priorities to meet critical site due dates.Review, edit, and proofread translated content to ensure absolute correctness, compliance, and readiness for implementation.Collaborate closely with Operations and Team Leadership to define priorities and ensure high levels of internal customer satisfaction.What we are looking forDegree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in technical translation.Proven experience translating technical documentation, ideally within a pharmaceutical, chemical, or highly regulated GxP environment.Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken) is essential, with the ability to capture complex technical nuances in both languages.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistency across large volumes of documentation.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with translation software and tools, as well as standard office applications.Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving and effective communication with various stakeholders.About LonzaAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
