Develop and implement investment strategies for the insurance portfolio, aligned with risk tolerance and return objectivesRoles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement investment strategies for the insurance portfolio, aligned with risk tolerance and return objectives.
  • Develop and implement a strategic asset & employee insurance program aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Manage the financial performance of the asset insurance division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Improve claims management process to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims while minimizing financial losses for the company.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize program effectiveness.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with insuring assets, including property, equipment, and other valuables. Develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and financial interests.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to select the most appropriate insurance carriers and vendors, negotiating competitive rates and terms.
  • Oversee the underwriting process to ensure that insurance policies are priced appropriately based on risk factors and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, carriers, and other vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards governing asset insurance
Leadership Role|Growth OpportunityExperience & Qualification:
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in employee benefits management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Vendor Management & Team Management skills.
  • CA, ICWA, MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute preferable
