- Strong understanding of industrial/mechanical/electrical systems and components
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ ERP (e.g. ODOO preferred, though not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites and project locations.
- Understand the technical aspects of our products and solutions and effectively communicate them to potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, cold calls, and networking
- Visit client sites to understand technical requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
- Develop and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring profitability
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular reports for management
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and technological developments
