Position: Motion designerWe're looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team and help create engaging,high-impact motion designs. The candidate should be proficient in reading, writing andspeaking English/Hindi.Responsibilities● Taking design briefs to understand requirements● Create motion snippets to be used for various purposes like in-app showcasing, adsfor user acquisition.● Design high-quality creatives with great attention to detail and in line with the brandguidelines● Manage timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery of assigned tasks● Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders andincorporating their feedback into the final design.Skills/Qualification● In-depth knowledge of typography, colour, space, iconography, patterns, layouts,visual hierarchy and imagery● Working knowledge of Adobe After effects (must), Photoshop (must), Illustrator(plus), Blender or any other tool of the same category (plus)● Well versed in the required tools to work with a wide range of design styles● Self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment● Deadline-oriented and efficient in managing multiple tasks at a time● Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.Company Profile:
