- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory guidelines.
- Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for IT software projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders for timely client invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Monitor and process account receivables and payables, including liaison with customers and vendors for reconciliations and dispute resolutions.
- Coordinate payroll processing through Zoho payrole, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and internal payroll cycles.
- Conduct regular audits on financial transactions using tools such as Zoho Books and Tally ERP, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
- Support statutory filings, taxation requirements, and assist with budget preparation and adherence.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for optimizing finance operations in a rapidly scaling digital business environment.
