Job Description:What's this role about?Here's how you'll contribute:Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical assessment and design for Oracle EBS R12.x to R12.2.x upgrade.
Manage CEMLI retrofitting and ensure customizations are compatible with the target version.
Coordinate with DBAs, and business analysts during upgrade cycles.
Design and implement technical integrations with third-party systems or Oracle Cloud.
Develop technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
Handle issues, escalate to Oracle support, and apply necessary bug fixes or workarounds.
Retro-fitment, development and unit testing, and user acceptance and creation of test plans, including use cases and test data.
Create, manage and perform development and testing activities upgrades.

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS techno-functional with an emphasis on P2P, O2C, R2R & CRM Processes.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports (XML Publisher), Host Programming
Functional and Technical background of major ERP business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) with apply considerable support/development/implementation experience, a deep understanding of the underlying technologies,
Managing Change in the ERP Create and manage customization tracker, Weekly tracking and communication of technical work-stream status during leadership and program status meetings
Design, Development and testing of EBS AOL Objects, Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Integrations and OA framework objects

Excellent written, speaking and interpersonal skills.
