We’re looking for a Python Engineer - Senior II who’s passionate about backend architecture, micro services, and clean design principles.As a Senior II-level Engineer, you’ll be working at the intersection of performance, scalability, and reliability—designing services that power real products, used by real people. You'll be hands-on with modern Python frameworks and contribute significantly to architectural decisions that shape our platform's future.If building efficient, production-grade Python systems makes you excited, this is your next big move.Requirements5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Python-based developmentExpert-level proficiency in PythonStrong background in backend development, microservices, and API designExperience with at least one web framework: Django, Flask, or equivalentHands-on experience with ORM libraries and relational data modelingSolid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for front-end integrationUnderstanding of security compliance, data validation, and input sanitationAbility to write modular, reusable, and testable codeStrong knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and best practicesComfortable working in a collaborative, agile development environmentDesign, develop, and maintain highly scalable, high-performance Python microservicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement microservice architecture best practicesIntegrate queueing systems for asynchronous communicationWork with ORMs to manage multiple databases and data sourcesDesign database schemas aligned with business processes and application needsEnsure strong unit testing, debugging, and maintainability of servicesApply threading, multiprocessing, and server-side templating knowledge (e.g., Jinja2, Mako)Build systems compliant with security, performance, and accessibility standardsHandle user authentication and authorization flows across multiple systemsOptimize applications for different platforms (desktop, mobile)Collaborate closely with front-end teams and designers to implement user requirementsFollow version control best practices and participate in code reviewsTake part in deploying, configuring, and supporting production applicationsBenefitsWe don’t just hire employees—we invest in people.
