Key Responsibilities:Understand and analyze business and functional requirements.Design, develop, and execute test cases based on requirement documents.Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure product quality.Report test progress, test results, and other relevant QA metrics.Follow defined QA processes and contribute to their improvement.Required Skills:Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC.Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and defect logging.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and a passion for software quality.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Must Haves:Communication - 4/5Software Testing - 4/5Analytical Skills - 3/5
