We believe in sustainability and environmentally friendly techniques. Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Duroply Industries Limited. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing sales strategies, and expanding our customer base in the North region. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Result-oriented and target-driven Good understanding of the building materials industry Familiarity with the North India market is a plus Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to meet sales targets Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Delhi region Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers Monitor market trends and competitor activities Prepare sales reports and forecasts Ensure timely delivery of products to customers Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
