Operations Manager

• Would be responsible for Production and Quality.
• Know the Key areas: Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, maintaining and improving quality of products.
• This person would be responsible Planning of Day-to-Day Production and responsible for Quality of Products.
• He would be heading team of work men, production.
• He should manage inspections, facilitate repairs and supervise and direct entire production process.
• Smooth flow of production, maintaining and improving quality of products. Would be responsible for Planning Production right from purchase to final despatches.
• Liaise with quality engineer, supervisor and workers.
• He has to be a technically sound guy preferably from Sheet Metal Industry.
• Should be able to identify root cause of defects, Basic Knowledge of Tooling’s would be added advantage.
• ISO Knowledge is must. Knowledge of Quality related documentation CAPA, PFMEA and other quality processes like Poka-Yoke, Kaizen knowledge etc .

• People Management capabilities, Planning should have worked on shop floor in production and/ or quality department of Sheet Metal Pressed Part Industry.
• Should have knowledge of working of Measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height gauges and other gauges for checking quality.
• Should have hands on experience in finding solutions to quality issues, should be able to identifying root cause for rejections and should be able to solve all Quality Issues.
• He should have excellent organizational skills, good conflict resolution -Problem solver, Leadership skills, Decision making skills.
