Overview The Service Field Sales Executive at Paytm plays a critical role in driving the company's sales initiatives in the field. This position is essential in expanding the company's customer base, and providing exceptional service to clients. The Service Field Sales Executive represents Paytm in face-to-face interactions with potential and existing customers, driving revenue growth and maintaining strong customer relationships by visiting as and when issues are raised on the Paytm portal. Key Responsibilities Conducting field sales activities to acquire, retain, and grow customers. Visiting potential and existing clients to showcase products and services. Understanding customer needs and offering solutions to meet their requirements. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Participating in sales training and development programs. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. Implementing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Adhering to ethical and professional standards in all interactions. Required Qualifications 10th Pass/Higher Secondary/Graduate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities High level of resilience and persistence in sales efforts Note: Two-wheeler and valid driving license are must.
