Key responsibilities Conduct online skill development sessions for children in the age group of 6-15 years Conduct activities with children to develop daily habits Conduct 1 on 1 sessions with parents to understand concerns regarding the child and assist them in taking assessments To guide the parents through pre and post assessments throughout the course of a program and explain the in-app reports Create reports of children for Case History, Growth and Progress Tracking regularly Assist in the Research and Development of new advancements in the field and the application of new findings in the existing curriculum. Collaborate with the product team to adapt and refine content based on research findings, ensuring alignment with product requirements. What we are looking for Strong verbal communication skills to instruct, inform and educate both, parents and children Maintain virtual classroom discipline and successfully guide students through lesson plans Good computer skills for smooth conduction and operation of classes across platforms like Zoom and Google Meets Quick learning and adaptability to new processes and tools Good observation skills to understand child and parent behaviours and document the same in a formal manner Attention to detail and diligent in documenting case histories Who can apply Graduate or postgraduate degree in Psychology Prior experience of teaching children in the age group of 6-15 years is an added advantage Prior experience of research and curriculum development for children is an added advantage
