TL Testing - Automation1. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques: Functional testing, Regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.2. Test automation: Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and TestNG etc3. Test management tools: A team lead should have experience in using test management tools such as JIRA, etc to manage test cases, test suites, and defects.4. Programming languages: Experience in at least one programming language, such as Java etc and should be able to write and review automation scripts.5. Database testing: Experience in testing databases and should be familiar with SQL and relational database concepts.6. Web technologies: Experience in testing web applications and should be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services.7. Knowledge of security testing methodologies: including black-box testing, white-box testing, and grey-box testing.8. Test reporting and analysis: A team lead should be able to analyze testing results and identify trends and patterns, as well as communicate testing status and progress to stakeholders.9. Familiarity with security standards and regulations: Should have a good understanding of security standards and regulations such as OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project), PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).10. Familiar with security testing tools, such as Nessus, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, and Metasploit, to identify vulnerabilities and threats in software systems.11. Should have a good understanding of network security concepts such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and virtual private networks (VPNs).12. Should understand cryptography concepts such as encryption, hashing, and digital signatures, and their use in securing software systems.13.
