- Conduct literature review and maintain digital documentation
- Plan and execute bench-scale experiments, including formulation preparation, testing, and data capture
- Support evaluation of external innovation concepts and partner-led projects
- Prepare presentations and concise technical documentation
- BE in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Biochemical Engineering or MSc in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry
- Working knowledge of MS Office, power point and Excel; familiarity with relevant AI tools is an advantage
