- Provide strategic leadership to the company's logistics operations.
- Oversee and manage a team of 15-30 staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional development.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their day-to-day requirements, inquiries, and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion.
- Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet service level agreements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Have a basic understanding of accounting principles to manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Ensure that logistics operations are conducted within budgetary constraints and financial targets are met.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve profitability.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events to promote its services and enhance its reputation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards governing logistics operations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, such as supply chain disruptions, security threats, and regulatory compliance issues.
- Implement measures to enhance safety, security, and sustainability across the logistics network.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the logistics industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Basic accounting knowledge to manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record of client relationship management and business development in the logistics sector.
- Familiarity with logistics software and technology solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
