We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Call Center Agent (Customer Support/Tele calling) to join our client's team. The role involves making 100-150 outbound calls per day to prospective or existing customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, organized, and goal driven.Responsibilities:- Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to connect with leads or customers- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries efficiently- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information- Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures or escalations- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversions, or issue resolution- Collaborate with internal departments for seamless customer service- Stay updated with product knowledge and service offerings.Candidate Details:Skills & Qualifications:- Education: 12th passed, Graduate preferred.- Experience: 1-2 years in a call center, tele sales, customer service, or related role- Excellent communication skills in [Languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Gujrati]- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.- Target-oriented with the ability to manage high call volumes.- Background in solar, fintech, telecom, or insurance industry is preferred.- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation campaigns is preferred.
