Experience: 2+ yearsWe're looking for driven and energetic professionals to join as Inside Sales Associate at a fast-growing fintech company offering flexible leasing solutions, from new asset leasing to sale-and-leaseback of existing assets.The role involves proactive outreach, lead qualification, and supporting the business development team with a strong sales pipeline.As an Inside Sales Associate, your responsibilities would be:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients (calls, emails, digital) to generate and qualify leads.
- Engage with CFOs, Finance teams, and decision-makers in mid-market corporates.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure pipeline discipline.
- Prepare and share sales collateral, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Drive lead-to-meeting conversion rates and contribute to overall pipeline growth.
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience, preferably in B2B or financial services.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Odoo or similar).
- Persistence, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Quick learner with high energy and a sense of ownership.
- Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS sales is a plus.
- A good understanding of lending/leasing solutions is beneficial.
