We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee interior work at our bungalow project. The candidate should be capable of understanding interior design drawings and ensuring smooth execution of work at the site.Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities related to interior and finishing workRead and interpret architectural and interior design drawings accuratelyCoordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendorsEnsure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standardsMonitor labour productivity and manage on-site workforceTrack material usage and ensure timely availability of materialsIdentify and resolve on-site issues proactivelyEnsure adherence to timelines and project schedulesMaintain site safety and basic compliance standardsProvide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholdersDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field2–5 years of experience in site supervision (interior/residential projects preferred)Strong understanding of architectural and interior drawingsGood coordination and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple vendors and workers on-siteBasic knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution processes
